The Joki Visitor and Innovation Center took a head start on May Day already on Friday, April 26th, when the corporate community gathered in the Joki lobby. In addition to specialty coffees from the Turku Kahvilla coffee moped, there were fresh and delicious doughnut rings.
300 people attended the event, and the Joki lobby was filled with chatter and happy people. SHIFT, which will be held at the end of May, was also prominently featured, and in the Joki Showroom, visitors could get a taste of the event's atmosphere in advance from the large LED wall.
Joki's Community Manager and CEO of SHIFT, Carita Varjonen, asked guests how they were doing and gave good tips for the upcoming event.
“It is great to see so many people on a Friday afternoon! This is exactly what the Joki coffee events are for: meeting others working in the area in a relaxed atmosphere and perhaps making new acquaintances,” praised Carita Varjonen.
Next, the SHIFT Business Festival will be celebrated in the Science Park on May 29th–30th. The Joki corporate community will gather again in August.
