The partnership for cleaning services at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt changed at the beginning of March. The new cleaning service provider is N-Clean Oy, a cleaning service company operating in Finland and Sweden.
In the autumn of 2022, Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt held a competitive bidding process for its property cleaning services. As a result, the Turku-based company N-Clean Oy, which specializes in providing cleaning services for hotels, ships, and business premises, was selected as the new cleaning partner. N-Clean employs 1,700 people in Finland and its turnover in 2021 was 35 million euros.
N-Clean replaces Arkea, which previously cleaned Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's premises, as the cleaning service provider. Moving forward, N-Clean will take care of the cleanliness of the common areas in buildings owned by Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. In addition, the company will clean the premises of those Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt customers whose service contracts include cleaning.
