AkvaCity
AkvaCity is an office and depot building realized by Teknologiakiinteistöt for Turun Vesihuolto, which was completed in 2025 in the Itäharju area, which is transforming into Turun Tiedepuisto. AkvaCity is the first wooden office building for Teknologiakiinteistöt and the entire city of Turku, and its main construction material is environmentally friendly CLT panels. AkvaCity was designed by Sarc + Sigge Arkkitehdit, with Jani Vahala as the principal designer. Jatke Länsi-Suomi was responsible for the construction of AkvaCity. AkvaCity has been implemented in accordance with the highest Platinum level of the LEED environmental certificate v4, which means that AkvaCity's environmental impacts have been minimized throughout the building's life cycle.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner Coor delivers waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste collection point according to fractions. However, due to limited space, cleaners have to combine fractions on carts, but they are sorted correctly at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly labeled so the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted into which container.
Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises. You can submit a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

Various office services such as cleaning, coffee machines, internet connections, or maintenance of green interior plants can be ordered for your premises from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. Access rights are sold for shower and changing room facilities located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity. You can inquire about services and access rights at: palvelut@teknologiakiinteistot.fi
It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During moving work, floor and wall surfaces must be protected if necessary, and the building's freight elevator should primarily be used if possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked appropriately during the move, and service routes (loading docks/basement areas) should be used whenever possible. External doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the moving truck and the interior. Incoming letter mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.
Contract and guest parking areas in Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for the cleaning of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's common areas. Turun Talo Team takes care of the maintenance and tidiness of the buildings' outdoor areas. For cleaning-related remarks and complaints, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. +358 40 501 6370. Charging points are located in the BioCity guest parking area (floor -1), the DataCity and BioCity contract parking areas, the EduCity basement, and the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging points can be found in the ParkCity guest parking area.
Sopimuspysäköinnin latauspisteet ovat niiden asiakkaiden käytössä, jotka ovat solmineet pysäköintisopimuksen Aimo Park Oy:n kanssa. Paikka on käytössä latauksen ajan, ja ajoneuvo on siirrettävä pois latauspisteeltä latauksen valmistuttua. Latauspisteille tarkoitettuja pysäköintiruutuja ei voi varata etukäteen, ja paikat ovat tarkoitettu vain sähkö- ja hybridiautoille latauksen ajaksi. Väärinkäytöksistä seuraa valvontamaksu.
