All questions regarding keys and access rights, as well as tenant key orders, are handled at avaimet@teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are personal, and the loss of a key must be reported as soon as possible.
The property's waste bins are located in the parking shelter on the side facing Trivium.

Safety and order in Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises and outdoor areas are managed by Avarn Security Oy, reachable at 010 620 2000 (open 24/7).
You can order various premises services for your own office space from Teknologiakiinteistöt, such as cleaning, a coffee machine, network connections, or maintenance of indoor plants. Access rights are available for shower and changing room facilities located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity.
