In 2022, Teknologiakiinteistöt converted an old precast concrete factory and a hall building, which had also served as a hardware store, into an office and production building. The building received a completely new look, highlighted by facade lighting. During the renovation, the building's old low office wing was raised to the same height as the rest of the building, allowing for the creation of loft-style office space behind high windows that fits the spirit of the building. The architectural design was provided by architectural firm Haroma & Partners, and the project management contractor was Jatke Länsi-Suomi.

All questions related to keys and access rights, as well as tenant key orders, are handled via avaimet@teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are personal, and the loss of a key must be reported as soon as possible.

The cleaning partner of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt, Coor, delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste station according to the waste types. However, due to limited space, the cleaners may have to combine different waste types in their carts, but these are then sorted properly at the recycling station. Different waste types should be clearly marked so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.
Property maintenance and access control at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises are managed by Are Oy. You can submit a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

You can order various premises services for your own office space from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt, such as cleaning, coffee machines, network connections, or maintenance of indoor plants. Usage rights are sold for the shower and changing room facilities located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity. It is always recommended to coordinate your moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During moving, please ensure floor and wall surfaces are protected when necessary and use the building's freight elevator whenever possible. Moving vehicles must be parked appropriately during the move, and maintenance routes (loading docks/basement areas) should be used whenever possible. Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the vehicle and the interior. For more information regarding moves, please contact our lobby service on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 010 315 3015.
Incoming mail is delivered to the premises unless otherwise agreed.
Contract and visitor parking areas in Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for the cleaning of the common areas of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. The maintenance and tidiness of the building exteriors are handled by Turun Talo Team. For cleaning-related feedback and complaints, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. 040 501 6370. The contact person for building exterior areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. 040 754 5197.
Charging points are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), in the DataCity and BioCity contract parking areas, in the EduCity basement, and on the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging points can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking.
Sopimuspysäköinnin latauspisteet ovat niiden asiakkaiden käytössä, jotka ovat solmineet pysäköintisopimuksen Aimo Park Oy:n kanssa. Paikka on käytössä latauksen ajan, ja ajoneuvo on siirrettävä pois latauspisteeltä latauksen valmistuttua. Latauspisteille tarkoitettuja pysäköintiruutuja ei voi varata etukäteen, ja paikat ovat tarkoitettu vain sähkö- ja hybridiautoille latauksen ajaksi. Väärinkäytöksistä seuraa valvontamaksu.
