InfraCity

InfraCity is Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's first office building completed in Itäharju, which is transforming into the Turku Science Park. Designed by Sigge Architects, the two-building complex has been implemented in accordance with the requirements of the LEED Platinum environmental certificate. InfraCity A was completed in 2021 for the use of Turku Energia. InfraCity B was completed at the end of 2023, and tenants include Rejlers and Nordic Semiconductor. The buildings share a common entrance lobby and parking garage. People working in both buildings are served by the lunch restaurant Energeia, located on the ground floor of building A.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt’s cleaning partner Coor delivers the waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste station according to the fractions. Due to limited space, cleaners may need to combine fractions in carts, but they will be sorted appropriately at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly labeled so the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.

Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt premises. You can submit a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

Various office services such as cleaning, coffee machines, network connections, or maintenance of green plants can be ordered for your premises from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. Access rights to shower and locker room facilities in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity are available for purchase. It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During the move, please remember to protect floor and wall surfaces if necessary and primarily use the building's freight elevator whenever possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked appropriately, and service routes (loading docks/basement areas) should be used whenever possible. Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when items are not being moved between the moving vehicle and the interior. Mail is delivered to office premises unless otherwise agreed. Mail left at the InfraCity lobby service by 12 PM will be sent out the same day. Outgoing packages can be delivered to the InfraCity lobby service.

Contract and visitor parking areas in Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.

Coor is responsible for the cleaning of common areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. The maintenance and cleanliness of the building's outdoor areas are handled by Turun Talo Team. For observations and complaints regarding cleaning, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. +358 40 501 6370. The contact person for building outdoor areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. +358 40 754 5197.

 

Charging stations are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), in the DataCity and BioCity contract parking areas, in the EduCity basement, and on the ground floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging stations can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking area.

Contract parking charging stations are available to customers who have signed a parking contract with Aimo Park Oy. The spot is for use during charging, and the vehicle must be moved from the charging station after charging is complete. Parking spaces intended for charging cannot be booked in advance, and the spots are reserved only for electric and hybrid vehicles during charging. Misuse will result in a control fee.
