Through Joki, you can order catering for all events, from meetings and seminars to parties. Our selection includes meeting and event catering, and smaller orders can be placed directly in the online shop when booking a room. Larger orders are handled through our sales service.

Event technology

Rajupaja is responsible for event technology at Joki. Rajupaja's services cover event technology, furniture, and entertainment, and everything you need can be ordered through a single contact. If necessary, Rajupaja also participates in event planning and ensures that the agreed solutions are implemented smoothly on-site.

Facilitation

Professional facilitation helps make your event goal-oriented and impactful. At Joki, event facilitation is provided by Turku Science Park-based Great Minds, which has solid experience in planning and executing corporate events. With the help of a facilitator, clear objectives are defined for the event, and the content and execution are built to support achieving them.

Photography and videography

Joki provides a versatile setting for photography and video productions. Our network includes several photographers and video production companies, and booking them is effortless through Joki's sales service. If necessary, you can discuss your requirements directly with the photographers.

Coffee bike

The Turku Kahvilla coffee bike offers high-quality specialty coffee for events. The mobile and compact espresso bar is easy to bring into Joki's premises and adds a relaxed café atmosphere to the occasion.

Event flowers

The Joki bike is a mobile and relaxed service point for your event. The bike is easy to move to the event location, and its front refrigerator is suitable for serving drinks or ice cream on-site. The Joki bike is available free of charge when booking a space.

A casino set up in Joki's Showroom brings an experiential element and extra entertainment to your event. The casino is an excellent addition to any event and offers the possibility to create a desired atmosphere with the help of the Showroom's LED wall. It is possible to book live music for your event through Joki.
