ParkCity
ParkCity is the new 10-storey parking facility by Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt, located in the immediate vicinity of Kupittaa railway station. The building was designed by Schauman Arkkitehdit. ParkCity has 990 parking spaces, 20 of which are electric vehicle charging stations. There are 100 bicycle spaces in ParkCity. Parking operations at ParkCity are managed by AimoPark. Guest parking is paid via the Taskuparkki app or by card.

All questions related to keys and access rights as well as tenant key orders are handled via avaimet@teknologiakiinteistot.fi. Keys are personal, and loss of a key must be reported as soon as possible.

Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's cleaning partner Coor delivers waste sorted by customers to the recycling/waste point according to fractions. However, due to limited space, cleaners may need to combine fractions in carts, but they are sorted appropriately at the recycling point. Different fractions must be clearly marked so that the cleaner knows what is intended to be sorted in each container.
Are Oy is responsible for property maintenance and access control in the premises of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt. You can make a fault report or service request using the maintenance request form.

Various office services can be ordered from Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt for your premises, such as cleaning, a coffee machine, network connection, or maintenance of green plants. Access rights are sold for the shower and changing rooms located in ElectroCity, CivilCity, and InfraCity. Inquiries about services and access rights: palvelut@teknologiakiinteistot.fi
It is always a good idea to agree on the moving schedule and plan with us in advance. During moving, please ensure that floor and wall surfaces are protected if necessary, and primarily use the building's freight elevator whenever possible. Vehicles used for moving must be parked appropriately during the move, and service routes should be used whenever possible (loading docks/basement areas). Exterior doors must be kept closed during the heating season when goods are not being moved between the vehicle and the indoors. Incoming mail is delivered to the office premises unless otherwise agreed.
Contract and visitor parking areas in Turku Science Park are marked on the area map. Parking in the area is managed by Aimo Park Finland Oy.
Coor is responsible for the cleaning of Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt's common areas. The maintenance and tidiness of the buildings' outdoor areas are handled by Turun Talo Team. For observations and claims regarding cleaning, the contact person at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Service Manager Jari Salomaa, tel. 040 501 6370. The contact person for building outdoor areas at Turun Teknologiakiinteistöt is Property Manager Tuomas Ahlman, tel. 040 754 5197.
Charging stations are located in the BioCity visitor parking area (floor -1), in the DataCity and BioCity contract parking areas, in the EduCity basement floor, and on the bottom floor of the TriviumCity parking garage. More charging stations can be found in the ParkCity visitor parking.
Sopimuspysäköinnin latauspisteet ovat niiden asiakkaiden käytössä, jotka ovat solmineet pysäköintisopimuksen Aimo Park Oy:n kanssa. Paikka on käytössä latauksen ajan, ja ajoneuvo on siirrettävä pois latauspisteeltä latauksen valmistuttua. Latauspisteille tarkoitettuja pysäköintiruutuja ei voi varata etukäteen, ja paikat ovat tarkoitettu vain sähkö- ja hybridiautoille latauksen ajaksi. Väärinkäytöksistä seuraa valvontamaksu.
