The past year is drawing to a close once again! By the end of November, we have received 80 space inquiries, resulting in 40 new lease agreements for Werstas. It has been nice to notice during this year how working life has changed – and in my opinion, in a good, right direction.
Full-time remote work has reached its end for many. More and more people are longing back to the community, encounters, and exchange of ideas. Coffee room conversations, faster decision-making, and the feeling of being part of something bigger.
One of the nice highlights of the past year was, for example, when in May I brought together the Werstas members attending the SHIFT Business Festival for a joint lunch. It was nice to discuss the event day and network around a common goal.
This autumn, we also got to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Werstas together with our customers. The evening was filled with speeches, good food, music, and above all, a genuine sense of community. Ten years is a wonderful milestone – and for me personally, it is also a strong motivator to continue developing Werstas into an even more inspiring, warmer, and more energetic work community for us all.
This is a great way to continue towards the new year!
