3. How do we collect your personal data?
We mainly collect your personal data from you (for example, when you use our services or communicate with us by email). We may also collect your personal data regarding the use of our website or process personal data that you provide in connection with a contact form. If you do not provide the requested personal data, we may not be able to provide the service or action you requested. In the aforementioned cases, the processing of your personal data is based on your consent or another legal basis for processing in accordance with data protection legislation.

4. What personal data do we process?

If you use the Vierailukeskus Joki space booking system, in addition to the information mentioned above, we may request the following: the logged-in user's memberships at Vierailukeskus Joki (status, number of bookings, bookings made, start and end dates of membership), the logged-in user's facility booking information (facility-specific, but generally: user details, event name, time of event, additional options (services), furniture, number of guests, free-text field) as well as the logged-in user's booking history.
You may decide to log in to our website using a third-party login service that verifies your identity and connects your social media login information (e.g., LinkedIn, Google, or Twitter) to us. In such cases, we collect the information and content necessary for registration or login that you have permitted the social media service provider to share.
We do not collect sensitive personal data on our website.
Furthermore, if you are our customer or use the services of the properties we manage, we collect necessary personal data for our personal data registers for the management of the customer relationship and regarding the use and security of the property.
