In the spring, companies compile their financial indicators, and many also create their own sustainability reports. We help our customers calculate energy data for sustainability reporting and have gathered the consumption data for each property on its own website. On the page, you will find electricity, district heating, and water consumption in total and calculated per square meter.

Electricity and district heating
All our properties use certified wind electricity. Regarding district heating, a transition is currently underway towards heat produced from renewable energy sources, and already 87 percent of the district heating is produced with renewable energy. In premises equipped with cooling, we use Turku Energia's emission-free district cooling.
Let's save electricity together
As the last few years have shown, energy availability is not a given. So that similar crises do not happen again, or at least that we are well prepared for them, we all have to do our part. As a property owner, Teknologiakiinteistöt strives to reduce electricity consumption by, among other things, investing in modern building technology, setting schedules for space heating, and investing in technology that consumes less. We are prepared for momentary power outages with backup power generators.
Towards a carbon-neutral Turku
We are participating in the City of Turku's goal to be carbon neutral by 2029, and for this, we need your help. We appeal to all users of our premises to pay attention to energy consumption in your own operations. Do you have old energy-guzzling equipment in use?
